Ratio between a doctor and a patient and between a bed and a patient is very high.
Buea in Cameroon has only one national level public hospital.
A private international standard hospital will boost the healthcare sector of the southwestern region.
The private hospital, which 300bedswill make available offers a good safeguard for this goal.

The hospital's service can be expanded for the peripheral districts such as Kumba, Limbe, Tiko and Douala. The highway connection from Douala serves to strengthen the availability of medical experts in the clinic.

Overall, the project is important for the development of state-of-the-art medical facilities where private investment can be expected for the proposed measures.

Potential investors identify/provide the necessary basic infrastructure facilities, such as electricity, telecommunications, water supply, access roads, sewerage and waste management in these project plans.

The land, which is privately owned and in two blocks, is almost flat and solid, with a rich groundwater base. Tap water is already there. Electricity can be purchased from the electricity companies with their own transformer.
In Cameroon, in addition to Telecom, other telecommunications providers in the country have spread across the area. The assembly of waste management sewage disposal systems is possible and intended as a step within the project measures.
